The data show sustained improvements in lung function, exercise capacity and quality of life, as well as reductions in biomarkers suggesting normalization of the underlying pathobiology. The oral presentation covers long‑term efficacy and safety; molgramostim is administered by inhalation via an eFlow nebulizer system currently in development. At the annual general meeting Savara shareholders voted to double the number of authorized common shares from 300 million to 600 million and to increase the omnibus incentive plan by 18.9 million shares. The board appointed Robert Lutz as chief financial and operating officer effective July 15; David Lowrance is stepping down for health reasons and will receive severance payments plus potential consulting fees.
