The Schroder Income Growth Fund delivered a NAV total return of 9.6% for the year ended 31 August 2025 (share price total return 12.9%), trailing the FTSE All-Share. The board is cutting the management fee from 0.45% to 0.40% from 1 September 2025 and will in future calculate the fee on the lower of market capitalisation or NAV; secretarial and administrative fees are being abolished and discount management is being tightened.
