Scilex has signed a binding term sheet with iHolding Group LLP for a proposed $100 million capital increase. iHolding is to acquire newly issued shares at $15.00 per share, representing a 92% premium to the current price and would almost double the market capitalization. The proceeds are intended for expansion in healthcare and medtech, product development, acquisitions, working capital and IP expansion.
