Seaspan

Seaspan, in partnership with Haisla Nation, launched the HaiSea Marine, a zero-emissions electric tug designed by Robert Allan Ltd and built overseas. The e-tug eliminates diesel stacks for improved visibility, offers faster maneuvering and about 33% less underwater noise, and is expected to reach operational cost breakeven in roughly eight years despite higher upfront build costs.
