Sequans repays 50% of convertible bonds by selling 970 Bitcoin
Sequans sold 970 Bitcoin, repaying roughly 50% of its convertible bonds and reducing total liabilities from $189m to $94.5m. Holdings fell to 2,264 Bitcoin; the Bitcoin NAV is estimated at about $240m, bringing the debt-to-NAV ratio down from 55% to 39%.
