Siebert offers gold-backed token GLDY in cooperation with tZERO

Siebert is partnering with tZERO and Streamex to offer the gold-backed, yield-generating tokenized security GLDY to institutional and accredited investors via a private placement (Regulation D, Rule 506(c)) through its brokerage channels. tZERO provides the technology for onboarding, custody, trading, compliance and lifecycle management, allowing clients to access the token via their Siebert brokerage account without separate crypto onboarding processes. Siebert Financial shareholders approve all proposals and elect board

Shareholders of Siebert Financial approved all proposals presented at the annual general meeting and elected seven members of the board of directors through 2026.
