The estate administrators of Signa Development Selection (SDS) and Signa Prime Selection (SPS) are seeking nearly €126 million from KPMG Austria in an out-of-court liability conference over allegedly negligent annual audits. Around €72 million relates to SPS and €54.58 million to SDS; KPMG is accused of failing to identify illegal cash‑pooling, inflated rental payments and the associated revaluation gains.
