Shasta County Health and Human Services Director Christy Coleman and Supervisor Chris Kelstrom reversed earlier opposition and formally supported the $200 million True North Behavioral Health Campus. Signature Healthcare, as lead applicant, and partner Arch Collaborative have applied for a state grant to build the regional campus on a 20-acre Shasta Lake site, with the state decision expected in spring.
