Silver X acquires the Lily 19 mining concession from Barrick, giving it 100% of the Ccasahuasi gold project in Huancavelica for a total of $30,000. Silver X Mining placed 69,000 secured convertible debentures at C$1,000 each, raising gross proceeds of C$69 million after Ventum Financial fully exercised the overallotment option. The debentures are secured by material assets held in two Peruvian trust structures and by a general security in Canada.
