Skeena Resources places $750m bond and repurchases majority of gold streaming

Skeena Resources issued senior secured notes totaling $750m (maturity 2031, coupon 8.5%); the notes are non‑callable for two years and pay semiannually. $184m of the proceeds will be used to repurchase 66.67% of a $200m gold streaming agreement with Orion, reducing the streaming obligation at Eskay Creek from 10.55% to 3.52%. The notes will be guaranteed by subsidiaries and secured by first-priority liens on assets, including interests in the Eskay Creek project.
