Smurfit Westrock is raising prices for US corrugated raw paper by $50 per ton effective June 1. Smurfit Westrock reported a net profit of $98m for Q4 2025, down from $146m a year earlier; net profit margin fell from 1.9% to 1.3%. Quarterly revenue rose slightly to $7.58bn, adjusted EBITDA was $1.17bn with a margin of 15.5% and remained largely stable. For full-year 2025 the company posted a net profit of $699m on revenue of $31.18bn, driven by the merger of Smurfit Kappa and WestRock; operating cash flow and adjusted free cash flow improved substantially.
