The site borders the 150‑MW Briscoe wind farm acquired in April 2026 and sits adjacent to Dorothy 1 and 2, enabling behind‑the‑meter access to company‑owned power generation. The larger parcel leaves room for future expansion if additional generation or storage capacity is added.
