SPIE has signed a three-year European framework agreement with Tesla to implement Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The contract applies to SPIE subsidiaries with BESS installation capabilities and standardizes legal and operational conditions for Tesla Megapack projects. SPIE will provide engineering, balance-of-plant services, high- and medium-voltage connections, additional system installation and commissioning, building on references in Belgium, the Netherlands and France. SPIE generated €7.5bn in revenue in the first nine months of 2025, up 5.4% (organic 2.2%, acquisitions 3.6%).
