Standard Life agrees £2bn deal to buy Aegon UK, creating larger pensions group
Standard Life will acquire Aegon UK for £2bn, paying £750m in cash and issuing 181.1 million new shares to Aegon. The transaction combines Aegon UK’s 3.7 million customers with Standard Life’s operations to form a pensions and savings group with 16 million customers and £480bn of assets under administration. Standard Life UK Smaller Companies Trust plc ist ein Investmentfonds. Der Trust kann Derivate zum Zwecke der Portfolioabsicherung einsetzen. Das Anlageportfolio des Trusts umfasst Anlagen in verschiedenen Sektoren, wie z. B. Öl und Gas, Grundstoffe, Industriewerte, Gesundheitswesen, Konsumgüter, Dienstleistungen, Telekommunikation, Versorgungsunternehmen, Finanzwerte und Technologie.
