STRATEC sells Diatron and records large impairments

STRATEC has sold its subsidiary Diatron to an Indian investor consortium (fixed purchase price €10.0m plus performance‑related components); the OEM business for molecular and immunodiagnostics remains with STRATEC. Diatron is expected to generate around €20.0m in revenue in 2026 and an adjusted EBIT of about −€10.0m; STRATEC will record non‑cash impairments of €44.1m in Q3 2026 and expects a negative deconsolidation effect of €4.0–9.0m in Q4. After adjustments, STRATEC expects currency‑adjusted revenue for 2026 to be stable to slightly up and an adjusted EBIT margin of 13.0–15.0%; the previously communicated mid‑term targets are being withdrawn and will be updated with the 2026 annual report. » Altro su finanzen.net
