Sunoco has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Offen Petroleum for about $600 million in cash. Offen operates a fuel distribution network with roughly 800 gas stations, about 7,000 customers and delivers approximately 2.5 billion gallons annually across the Midwest, Mountain West and Southwest regions. Sunoco expects the transaction to be immediately accretive, to increase cash flow for dividend growth and reinvestment, and to expand the geographic reach of its distribution.
