SURTECO GROUP has agreed a term sheet with the consortium banks and the majority of Schuldschein holders to extend its current financing until 28 December 2029. Agreed measures include steps to strengthen the asset, earnings and financial positions, adjustments to the financial covenants, a minimum liquidity covenant and the suspension of dividend payments during the restructuring period. The executive board and supervisory board of SURTECO GROUP have taken the fundamental decision to examine strategic options to focus the group. The review includes possible disposals of the Profiles and Edgebands business units. Preparations are open-ended and, to date, no talks have been held with potential buyers.
