CEO resignation pushes Swedish Orphan Biovitrum stock

Swedish Orphan Biovitrum announced before trading that CEO Guido Oelkers will resign and take a position outside the company; his departure is planned no later than the end of January 2027. The share fell about 4.3% to 450.6 SEK as investors feared a classic key-man risk. The board immediately launched the search for a successor and stressed that operations, strategy and financial targets remain unchanged.
