Tekmar increases revenue in first half of 2026 by 31% and posts positive adjusted EBITDA

The Tekmar Group reports a 31% revenue rise in H1 2026 to £16.20m, driven by increased activity in the oil and gas sector. Adjusted EBITDA turned positive, reaching £100,000; gross margin rose to 30.5% thanks to process improvements and a shift in the sales mix. Tekmar Group grants Steve Lockard 1.5 million share options

Tekmar Group has granted chairman Steve Lockard and other executives share options; Lockard received 1,500,000 options in three tranches. 500,000 options are immediately exercisable at 1.00p and a further 500,000 at 5.00p, while the remaining 500,000 at 5.00p become exercisable only if the share price exceeds 19.99p. The award represents 1.07% of issued share capital; in total options on 8.2% of the capital are outstanding. Tekmar Group wins offshore wind orders in Japan worth £2m

The Tekmar Group has won two contracts for an offshore wind farm project in Japan with a total value of £2m. The main contract is to supply the tenth generation of the company’s proprietary cable protection technology; work begins immediately.
