TerrAscend reports Q1 growth and higher margins

TerrAscend returned to revenue growth in Q1 2026 with net revenue of $65.5 million and an improved gross margin of 52.8%. Adjusted EBITDA was $17.4 million (26.5% margin), net loss was $6.8 million, and cash rose to $39.1 million. Retail revenue grew sequentially while wholesale revenue declined; the company reported 15 consecutive quarters of positive cash flow.
