Tim S.A. has revised its 2026 strategy plan and forecasts service revenue growth of around 5% and EBITDA growth of 6–8% year over year. The management board of Tim S.A. has decided to cancel 28,678,509 previously repurchased treasury shares. The share capital will not be reduced as a result; the number of ordinary shares will thereafter be 2,392,125,889.
