TRUBAR sells to ETi Gida for $173 million, Erica Groussman to remain CEO
Turkish snack maker ETi Gida acquires Miami-based TRUBAR for $173 million, taking the company private while keeping founder Erica Groussman as CEO and retaining the existing team. TRUBAR, which generated about $100 million in 2025, will leverage ETi’s manufacturing and distribution to expand internationally and pursue new categories while preserving product integrity.
