WISeKey files SEC registration for planned relocation to the BVI

WISeKey has filed a registration statement with the US securities regulator SEC for the planned integration of Wisekey International Corp. into its subsidiary Wisekey BVI. Shareholders are to vote on the merger at an extraordinary general meeting on September 9. The transaction is subject to several approvals, including the effectiveness of the SEC filing, listing approvals from Nasdaq and SIX and an exemption from the takeover commission. WISeKey: revenue more than doubled in first half of 2026

WISeKey reports preliminary figures: revenue in the first half of 2026 was about $11.4 million, an increase of 115% year-on-year. The growth is mainly attributed to post-quantum semiconductors and digital identity. No details were provided on operating and net results; the full-year forecast of +50% to +100% revenue growth remains unchanged; the pipeline through 2029 exceeds $225 million. Wisekey: 2026 annual general meeting to decide on board and compensation

Wisekey invites shareholders to the annual general meeting on 29 June 2026 in Zurich. Items for vote include approval of the 2025 annual report, discharge of the board of directors and executive management, re-election of seven board members and election of a new member. Further agenda items include re-election of committees, the auditor and the independent proxy, as well as votes on compensation matters.
