Worldline has entered exclusive discussions with Cuscal to sell its New Zealand payments operations for an enterprise value of about €17m. The unit handles roughly 70% of in‑store payments in New Zealand, with estimated revenue of €35m and adjusted EBITDA of about €12m, and operates separately from Worldline’s European business. Worldline unveiled its transformation plan "North Star 2030", targeting roughly 4% CAGR (2027–2030) and an EBITDA of €1bn by 2030.
