Worthington Steel has published details of its planned delisting offer for Klöckner & Co: shareholders can accept until August 12 and will receive 11.00 Worthington shares for each Klöckner share. Klöckner’s management and supervisory board had previously recommended the offer as attractive, fair and appropriate. The Klöckner share is currently trading above the offer price; major shareholder Friedhelm Loh has already tendered his stake.
