Young & Co.'s Brewery has reviewed the £10m share buyback program launched in November and has so far acquired 190,314 shares for about £1.1m. Because of low liquidity, daily repurchase limits were adjusted with brokers so that purchases may now exceed 25% of average daily trading volume but remain below 50%. Young & Co.’s Brewery has launched a £10 million share buyback programme focused on A ordinary shares and predominantly on non‑voting ordinary shares. All shares acquired will be cancelled to reduce the company’s issued share capital.
