Zotefoams has convened a general meeting for 3 August 2026 in London at which shareholders will vote on the approval and adoption of the "Zotefoams Save As You Earn Plan." Zotefoams reports its most profitable year on record for 2025: adjusted operating profit rose 26% to £22.8m on revenue up 7% to £158.5m. The adjusted operating margin expanded by 220 basis points to 14.4% and adjusted earnings per share climbed 46% to 38.00 pence. The company attributes the improvement to operational efficiency, a favourable product mix and targeted investments, as well as the acquisition of OKC.
