Aclara Resources rises after U.S. Export-Import Bank financing prospect
Aclara Resources shares rose 7.45% to C$3.74 after the U.S. Export‑Import Bank indicated a letter of intent for possible financing of up to $750 million for Aclara’s planned rare‑earth facility in Vinton, Louisiana. The potential financing could cover project costs up to $750 million and offer a repayment term of up to 15 years. The “Dynamo” project is intended to include separation technologies and the production of metals and alloys and to be construction‑ready by the end of 2026; however, the EXIM statement is not a final commitment.
