Afentra reports that several executives and people close to them carried out share sales and purchases this week to transfer holdings into ISA and trading accounts. COO Ian Cloke sold 32,833 ordinary shares and bought 32,043 for his ISA; Elizabeth Bingham sold 32,000 and bought 31,028 for her ISA. CFO Anastasia Deulina disposed of 100,000 shares at 59.49 pence and acquired 75,853 at 60.30 pence; Gavin Wilson bought 35,000 shares at 61.00 pence. After the transactions Cloke holds 5,837,774 shares (about 2.13%), Deulina 4,373,646 (about 1.59%) and Wilson 3,426,292 (about 1.25%) of the issued share capital; all trades were executed on the London Stock Exchange. » Więcej na de.investing.com

Afentra has issued a circular and convened a general meeting on 25 June at which shareholders will vote on the issuance of shares conditionally placed to date. On 4 June the company placed 44,315,240 new ordinary shares at 67 pence each, raising gross proceeds of $40 million, equivalent to 19.6% of the existing share capital. The first tranche of the placing shares has already been admitted to trading; the remaining shares and a retail offer require shareholder approval.
