Alight reported adjusted EPS of $0.91 for Q2 2026, missing analysts’ estimate of $1.18, on revenue of $511 million, slightly above expectations. Adjusted EBITDA fell to $92 million (prior year $127 million) and margins contracted sharply, which management attributed to delayed commercial execution. The company confirmed its full-year guidance but warned of a weaker Q3 and an expected recovery in Q4.
