Allgeier reports revenue of €87 million for the first quarter of 2026 (+9%) with a value-added margin of 34%. Adjusted EBITDA rose slightly to €9.1 million (margin 10.3%), reported EBITDA was €8.4 million and pre-tax profit €1.4 million. Allgeier expects recovery in public-sector digitization projects and sets 2026 targets

Allgeier expects delayed digitization projects in the public sector to gradually normalize during 2026 and to pick up especially in the second half of the year. For continuing operations in 2026 the company forecasts revenue of €370–420 million and adjusted EBITDA of €48–54 million (EBITDA margin around 13%). The sale of subsidiary Allgeier IT Services reduces net financial liabilities to about €45 million and creates financial room for acquisitions.
