S&P raises outlook for Altarea SCA to stable, affirms BBB- rating

S&P Global Ratings has raised the outlook for Altarea SCA from “negative” to “stable” and affirmed the BBB- credit rating. The agency cites a stable base of income-generating assets, a resilient retail portfolio (like-for-like rent growth +3.5%, occupancy rate 97.1%) and expected rent growth rates for 2025–2026 as reasons. S&P forecasts that despite a revenue decline in 2025, adjusted EBITDA will rise and net financial debt will remain stable at around €2.0–2.1 billion, supported by €500 million in cash, €1.2 billion in credit lines and ongoing project completions such as Gare d’Austerlitz. » Więcej na de.investing.com
