Amadeus: currency-adjusted revenue growth of 8% in Q1 2026, EPS beats expectations

Amadeus reported an 8% currency-adjusted revenue increase in Q1 2026 (reported revenue €1,683m) and adjusted earnings per share of €0.86, 6.25% above analyst estimates. Adjusted EBIT rose 7% on a currency-adjusted basis to €500m with a margin of 29.7%, free cash flow was €274m and net debt ratio stood at 1.0x. The company continued a €500m share buyback program, completed strategic acquisitions in biometrics, and is investing heavily in R&D (€335m, 20% of revenue) as well as AI solutions. Amadeus meets 2025 guidance despite weaker final quarter

Amadeus reports 2025 revenue of €6,517m (+9% currency-adjusted) and adjusted EBIT of €1,894m, with the fourth quarter falling significantly short of analysts’ expectations for revenue and EPS. Adjusted diluted earnings per share for the year were €3.20 and free cash flow was €1,302m; cash conversion before taxes was 94% and net debt stood at 0.9x. The company is returning around €2bn to shareholders in total, including a dividend of about €700m and a announced share buyback programme of €500m.
