Amotiv stock falls after disappointing outlook

Amotiv shares plunged 15.4% to AUD 6.27 on Tuesday after the company reported an adjusted EBITA of AUD 195.1 million for fiscal year 2026 and revenue growth of 2.7% to just over AUD 1 billion. Investors were mainly disappointed by the 2027 outlook, which forecasts only moderate growth in revenue and adjusted EBITA. Gross margins fell by around one percentage point to 42.8%, reflecting ongoing cost pressure across the business units, and analyst sentiment had already been subdued ahead of the results. Amotiv increases revenue in H1 2026 by 3.3% and confirms EBITDA guidance

Amotiv reports organic revenue growth of 3.3% to AUD 98.3m in the first half of 2026 and strong cash conversion of 92%.
