Antin Infrastructure Partners share falls after partner sells stake

Antin Infrastructure Partners' share dropped about 5.4% after current and former partners sold 5 million shares in an accelerated bookbuilding at €7.18 (a 10.03% discount); this represented 2.8% of the capital and raised the free float from 15.8% to 17.5%. Antin Infrastructure: half-year figures weaker, EBITDA guidance cut

Antin Infrastructure reported an adjusted H1 2026 revenue decline of 4.5% to €138.5m and an adjusted EBITDA that fell 12.3% to €69.9m, with the EBITDA margin remaining stable at 50%. The decline resulted from the scheduled transition of Mid Cap I into the post-investment phase, lower catch-up fees and weaker capital gains; fee-paying AUM fell 2.9% to €21.2bn. Management confirmed the dividend of €0.71 per share but warned that adjusted EBITDA in 2026 is likely to be slightly below last year’s level, as the activation of Mid Cap II was postponed to Q4. Medium-term upside drivers cited include an accelerated exit pipeline for Flagship IV and V and the ramp-up of Flagship VI, which are expected to have more impact in 2027.
