FDA grants Autolus RMAT designation for lupus therapy Obe-cel

The US FDA has granted Autolus’ cell therapy Obecabtagene Autoleucel (Obe-cel) RMAT designation for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus and lupus nephritis to accelerate development and review. The designation is based on data from the phase 1b CARLYSLE study. Autolus Therapeutics publishes UK annual report and schedules annual general meeting

Autolus Therapeutics has published its UK annual report for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025 and has convened the annual general meeting for 29 June 2026. The report, the notice of the AGM and a proxy form were sent to ordinary shareholders on 5 June; Citibank, as depositary bank, began sending notifications to ADS holders around 8 June.
