BlackRock Capital Allocation Trust announced a transferable rights offering: shareholders will receive one right per share, and five rights will entitle the holder to purchase one new share; the record date is 25 September 2026. The subscription price will be set on 21 October 2026 and will equal 95% of the average closing price, capped at NAV minus $0.01 and not lower than 98.5% of NAV; rights are expected to trade until 20 October under the ticker BCAT RT.
