CareCloud narrowly misses Q2 revenue guidance, stock falls despite profit gain

CareCloud acquires compliance specialist Empower Healthcare & Compliance Partners

CareCloud completed the acquisition of Empower Healthcare & Compliance Partners as an asset deal on May 22, 2026, financing the transaction from operating cash flow.
