Caribou reports positive phase-1 data for allogeneic CAR-T therapy Vispa-cel

Caribou released data from the phase‑1 ANTLER study of Vispa‑cel in relapsed/refractory large B‑cell lymphoma: among 27 patients treated in the second‑line setting the overall response rate was 82%, the complete response rate 67%, and median progression‑free survival 17.1 months. The safety profile showed no cases of graft‑versus‑host disease or severe immune‑effector‑cell‑associated neurotoxicity, but there was grade‑3-or-higher cytokine release syndrome, several serious infections, five cases of prolonged cytopenias and two deaths (one therapy‑related).
