Cedar Woods reported a net profit after tax of 65.6 million AUD (+36%) for FY 2026 on revenue of 502 million AUD (+8%) and a gross margin of 30%. The company raised the dividend by 34%, sold record volumes and secured over 90% of its revenue target for FY 2027 through presales. Net bank liabilities fell to $85.1m, and the interim dividend was raised 40% to 14.0 cents.
