CGI has priced an offering of unsecured bonds totaling C$500 million in two tranches: C$250 million with a 3.25‑year term at 4.195% and C$250 million with a 4.75‑year term at 4.484%. Closing is expected around 14 September 2026, and net proceeds after fees are likely to amount to about C$497.3 million. CGI has completed the acquisition of technology consultant Callibrity, expanding its Greater Cincinnati presence by 120 consultants. Callibrity provides services in enterprise AI, platform engineering and digital product development and serves clients in financial services, insurance and manufacturing. The Callibrity teams will be integrated into CGI’s Cincinnati office; financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CGI was awarded the contract by the city of Munich and will support the administration in requirements management, digital transformation, system development and IT security. The company is using a hybrid delivery model that combines local experts in Munich with specialised teams at European locations, including Bulgaria.
