Charter Hall Retail REIT reported an operating result of AUD 75.6m for H1 FY2026 (+3.4%) and a distribution per security of 12.8 cents (+4.1%). The portfolio was rebalanced to 51% shopping centres and 49% net-lease retail properties; property value is AUD 4.6bn and NTA is AUD 4.91 (+5.8%).
