CPI Property Group reports stable H1 2026 results despite ongoing earnings pressure

CPI Property Group reports stable results for H1 2026, is continuing an extensive disposal programme and saw portfolio value decline by about 2%. Net rental income fell 5% to EUR 375m and funds from operations were substantially below the prior year, while liquidity rose to EUR 1.6bn and covers refinancing needs through 2028/2030. The company completed disposals totalling EUR 542m (on average 5% above book value) and the pipeline now exceeds EUR 2bn; management expects credit metrics to improve from 2027.
