The executive board of DF Deutsche Forfait increases its forecasts for 2026: business volume is now expected to be only slightly below last year rather than significantly down, gross profit is now forecast to rise by around 10%, and earnings before tax are expected to be break-even. Preliminary H1 figures: business volume EUR 108.0 million (prior year EUR 118.1 million), gross profit EUR 6.0 million (+3.5%) and earnings before tax EUR 0.8 million (prior year EUR 1.1 million). As a result, the supervisory board, reduced to only two members, is no longer quorate; the management board, with the supervisory board’s consent, will immediately apply to the court for an appointment procedure under §104 AktG.
