Dicker Data reported a 14.2% increase in gross revenue to 2.1 billion AUD for H1 2026, EPS of 0.335 AUD (+53.5%) and NPBT up 50.1%. Growth was driven mainly by software, data centre modernisation and AI; software and Advanced Solutions now account for more than 50% of the business. Management raised the full-year guidance to 4.3–4.4 billion AUD in revenue and NPBT of 162–165 million AUD, after which the share price jumped 15.54%. Dicker Data posted gross revenue of $3.9bn for fiscal year 2025 (+14.9%), led by strong software growth and AI-related business; software revenue rose 22.4% to $1.1bn, accounting for 30% of total revenue. Profit metrics improved: profit before tax +10.1% to $124.7m, net profit +8.8% to $85.6m, and earnings per share 47.4 cents.
