Dotdigital posted revenue of £90.9m in fiscal 2026, up 8% year-on-year, meeting market expectations. Organic growth was restrained by the end of a low-margin contract and tough comparables, while acquisitions Alia and Social Snowball boosted recurring revenue growth. The Dotdigital Group has allocated a total of 5,889,031 options over ordinary shares, of which 2,533,175 were granted to directors and senior management under the Performance Share Plan 2017 at 0.5 pence per share and 3,355,856 were granted to staff at 66.6 pence per share. CEO Milan Patel received 948,224 options, CFO Tom Mullan 596,026 and Company Secretary George Kasparian 104,027. Vesting for executives is conditional on length of service and performance targets, based on Total Shareholder Return and earnings per share for the year ending 30 June 2028.
