Eco Animal Health has granted conditional stock options covering a total of 404,526 ordinary shares (≈0.60% of capital) under a long-term incentive plan to CEO David Hallas (232,449) and CFO Chris Wilks (172,077). Exercise is subject to performance targets for total shareholder return and research and development and will vest after three years if the conditions are met. In addition, restricted share units on 50,566 ordinary shares (≈0.07% of capital) were allocated without performance conditions (Hallas 29,056; Wilks 21,510). Eco Animal Health has renewed its revolving credit facility with NatWest until 30 June 2031 and maintained availability of up to £10 million. In addition, the £5 million overdraft facility was renewed, bringing total bank facilities to £15 million. The agreement was concluded on more favourable terms; the facility is currently undrawn and is intended to provide liquidity for expansion initiatives. The Eco Animal Health Group has received a positive safety assessment from the USDA for the live vaccine ECOVAXXIN® MG against Mycoplasma gallisepticum. The assessment confirms safety for chickens as well as avian non-target species such as turkeys and quail, and shows no reversion or increase in virulence after passage through chickens.
