The management board of ecotel communication, with the approval of the supervisory board, has decided to prepare the transfer of its listing from the Prime Standard to the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and to file the necessary applications. The aim is to reduce regulatory and administrative burdens while maintaining capital market presence; the revocation of admission to the regulated market and the admission to Scale will be applied for in parallel, subject to admission requirements. Ecotel increased revenue in 2025 by 8% to €124.20m, beating analyst estimates. Growth was driven mainly by the business-customer segment with large projects and cloud and fiber solutions; wholesale business also provided support. Operating EBITDA declined, however, due to lower proceeds from the sale of internet resources and missed the target, while adjusted net profit was above the prior year; free cash flow amounted to €2.40m. ecotel communication will book a tax provision of approximately €2.8m for 2025 after a draft tax audit report for 2018–2021 was issued.
