Elicio Therapeutics shifts focus to metastatic pancreatic cancer

Wainwright conference that the Phase II AMPLIFY‑7P study of ELI‑002 did not meet its primary endpoint, but a case series of three patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer showed complete remissions after subsequent therapy.
