Ethernity Networks calls extraordinary general meeting to approve up to 15 billion new shares

Ethernity Networks will hold an extraordinary general meeting on 18 March 2026 to approve extending the authority to issue up to 15 billion new ordinary shares without pre-emptive rights. Shareholders will also be asked to approve the conversion of outstanding salaries and director fees of up to £70,000 into new shares at a price of 0.004p per share.
